Our company has experienced many necessary changes over our 44 years of continuous trading with the most dramatic being these last five year We have in our opinion, responded to market changes and not least of all customers’ Building and Design requirements.

Many consider a glass conservatory is not a full extension to their home. However, the latest high specification glazing and thermally efficient insulation beneath the floor, combines to produce a glazed sun room that can be comfortably used throughout the year.
For those who wish to have a tiled roof extension based on open plan design, to increase the living space within their home, we have a comprehensive package to offer.

OPEN PLAN HOME EXTENSIONS:
Are usually constructed onto existing kitchens creating a large family room, often with a centrally positioned island
ORANGERIES:
We can design and construct these very popular structures over an extremely wide range of prices. A conventionally designed traditional Orangery can cost many thousands of pounds but there are opportunities of purchasing from us a conventional conservatory adapted to provide you with a traditional lantern roof and enjoy the flat ceiling with down lighters, all at a very attractive overall cost.
GARAGE CONVERSIONS:
These can be an economical way to extend your home by taking advantage of existing foundations and walls. You may wish to gain an extra bedroom, extend your dining area, create an office, studio, gymnasium, home cinema or whatever you choose to enhance your home
TILED ROOFS:
Constructed onto an existing flat roofs and usually introducing a vaulted ceiling with Velux windows
BI-FOLDING DOORS:
We offer several different systems in various materials, so that you can select which is best for your home and overall requirements. We are able to create very large openings in the wall of your home with appropriate supporting lintols and structural calculations.
NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS:
The range offered by us is truly extensive. Choose from several different PVCu systems, Architectural Aluminium designs and high specification Hardwood.
VELUX WINDOWS AND LANTERNS:
These can be set into existing roofs to provide substantial additional light and dramatically transform any room which currently has a solid flat ceiling.
SPRING CLEANING PACKAGE:
Older conservatories and various buildings together with roofs of properties can become extremely dirty and impregnated with algae, particularly if you are surrounded by many trees. It is very important that any cleaning process is carried out professionally, so that damage of the materials beneath do not result. We have an exceedingly flexible package to offer with highly trained and experienced personnel
DO YOU HAVE AN OLD CONSERVATORY REQUIRING A NEW ROOF:
Some say too hot in the summer and cold in the winter, whilst promoting their particular system. The good news is that we offer a dozen or more options, including the latest heat reflective glass, thermal panels, Alwitra, tiles and if you so choose, a complete conventionally constructed roof with joists and insulation plus tiles. This provides extreme flexibilities, so that whatever requirements a customer has, we are able to satisfy their wishes and do so within a desired budget
FASCIAS SOFFITS AND NEW GUTTERS:
Whether a house or bungalow, we are happy to advise you professionally. For some it may mean a general spring clean and perhaps a few minor repairs, whilst others will need replacement of all materials in that area, possibly including cutting out and re-extending rotten timbers. A skilled and professional survey `together with appropriate treatment will usually save considerable expense at a later time.
UNDERFLOOR HEATING / ELECTRICAL MATTING:
Hot water systems for new build or a very special remotely controlled electrical matting The latter option can be introduced onto existing floors
REESTANDING BUILDINGS:
Not only are many people commuting to the bottom of their garden but find a detached family room exceedingly comfortable and great fun. They can be used as an office, home gym, party room, or whatever you may wish. Planning and Building Regulations rules are very generous and you may also wish to introduce a spa pool or wood burning fire.
Many of the projects we are responsible for require Planning Approval, Building Regulations together with Structural and Heat Loss Calculations. These are ably taken care of by our colleague Ben Hume of Town Country Planning, so that we can provide a complete package whatever the challenge.
HOW TO PROCEED
As you will see from the above, there are no areas of home improvement that we are not able to take responsibility for. These will be surveyed and project managed by my colleague Roy Bursey, who was Chairman of The Master Builder’s Federation for two years and is wholly familiar with all aspects of building works.
LIGHTING:
A comprehensive lighting and electrical package, down lighters set into existing or new ceilings. A full assessment of your existing electrics with appropriate upgrading and issue of the latest certification, especially on illuminating lighting introduced into your garden
PLUMBING:
Whether you require a new boiler and radiators as a complete package or an extension to your existing system. The introduction of water underfloor heating for an extension or conservatory and a complete plumbing package for a new extension or bathroom, we can provide an initial full assessment and guidance together with incorporating that into one of our overall home improvement packages
NEW FLOORING: TILES KARNDEAN OR CARPET
We offer probably one of the most extensive range of tiling. You may choose from ceramic, terracotta, stone, slate or porcelain. We also provide an advisory and laying opportunity. It is essential to be professionally guided, as there is such a wide choice of floor materials within this range and their long term durability must be fully considere
CONSERVATORY AND ROOF GLASS CLEANING
Conservatory roof cleaning is a little more involved than just window cleaning and requires specialist techniques plus equipment to carry this out correctly and safely.
With appropriate ladders in place, we will hand wash your conservatory using sponges, long-handled brushes and cloths. Remember, we wash the entire conservatory from top to bottom by hand, including the hard-to-reach decorative cresting and finials on top of the roof. Finally we polish all the glass for a clear finish.
