BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

With appropriate creative and thoughtful design, taking into account the property’s architecture, a very successful outcome has been achieved.

The existing patio area enclosed by two walls and close to the boundary presented the best position.

However, with walls on three sides, it was necessary to introduce appropriate glazing and ensure a light bright atmosphere within.

To further achieve the best natural light, two large high-level windows introduced into the new boundary wall. These had a very unique decorative feature giving good light penetration together with privacy.

A further large glazed panel, with matching decorative feature, was introduced to the right elevation between this new Orangery and the kitchen.

To provide a generous opening into this new structure, a set of Bi-folding Doors was introduced at the rear.

In the front elevation, generous width French Doors with glass panel beside provided a superb view into the newly landscaped garden.

Great Feedback

Following the completion of the project, we were delighted to learn from our customer that it is by far the most popular room within their home and that we had achieved everything expected of us.

Not least of all, important and meticulous detail for design, materials to be used and how it would impact on the property, had overall contributed to another successful project for ourselves and most importantly the customer.
